The Pan African Festival of Georgia, hosted by the Tubman African American Museum, celebrates African culture and heritage, as expressed through music, dance, food, film, art, and poetry.
The weekend festival draws thousands of people, both residents and tourists, to Central Georgia. Offering both entertainment and educational experiences, the festival includes outdoor concerts, African dance and drumming performances and classes, children and family activities, and a diverse marketplace of vendors.
Irving Consumer Products has supported the festival for six years. Employees from our tissue plant in Macon, Georgia set up a volunteer booth, hand out swag, and engage with festival attendees.
Irving Consumer Products is proud to support festivals in our communities through the Pan African Festival of Georgia.
